Today marks the 10th anniversary of the last ever professional basketball game played in Vancouver. Make sure you pour one out for the boys in teal.
I have a lot of online endeavors that require varying amounts of effort: a podcast that I do every week, a twitter that I use every day, this tumblr that I post to several times a week, and a couple other tumblrs for which I don’t make enough time.
But the one project that deserves more of my attention is this. It’s my fake twitter account for Bryant “Big Country” Reeves, the first ever draft pick of the Vancouver Grizzlies. He was a huge, lumbering oaf with a patchy military haircut.
All the tweets I write for this account are extremely funny if you’re a die-hard 1990s Vancouver sports fan. I just don’t write enough. This is the most recent one, and it’s from September. Yeesh.
